There was no beach a month ago with people vying for the best 3' long beaches (distance from the water to the shore). How they can charge for this, I've no idea. I've not been back since.
Memorial weekend the beach was flooded all the way to the steps up to the beach camp sites/store area. It usually doesnt stay flooded all summer though
2 summers ago there was no beach to speak of last summer aka 2018 there was plenty if beach but I am told that this summer they will not be opening the damn again so there will prob be little to no beach again. I am not sure if this is just a roomer or set in stone though.
