My wife's order was messed up and Bk wouldn't replace it because she didn't have a receipt! She's allergic to onions and she told them that, they put onions on her burger anyways How do I report this?

I already called and they said she needed to bring the burger and a receipt , she threw everything because she was upset

If the manager on duty didn't replace your order,then talk with the general manager,if that fails then you find out who the operations director is. Everyone has a boss. It will get handled properly so it won't happen again.
