Absolutely amazing gym! Extremely family oriented! Both of my children attend their kids' classes for muay thai and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, and we could not be happier. If you are looking for a gym, this is definitely the place.

Owner made this a horrible experience for the six week challenge. Too many inside problems. Also, it is not free as advertised. Please don't try and mess up the way he makes his money. His words. ------ It wasn't about hitting a goal. It was about you acting like you were hitting on one of your students and not giving every equal attention in which we all paid for. You admitted to hanging with the girl outside of your business hours lol. After I left that gym I was able to focus and lost 200lbs naturally and on my own without the stress of shady gym. I'm fine as wine and you knew what you did, but it's the past.

Good family oriented environment! High level of muay Thai and ju jitsu from the youngest kids level to the adult level. I love how All the coaches take time to individually help people when they see its needed or when asked. All the way from the cardio fitness class, wrestling, muay Thai and ju jitsu it is a great experience. I highly recommend!
