I live near this Burger King and terrible experience after experience. If the food isn’t horrible, they’re rude over the mic or in person. They seriously need customer service training here. The waits are always long for barely fresh food. I never have issues going there before 8:00am. We barely have restaurants here anyway but go on post if you’re able to. If I could give no star I would.

Never in my life have I seen the most horrible service. They are locking customers to “catch up” on things. They are so loud in the back and talking about other people’s business (that work there) so everyone can here. They are talking and making fun of the customers in the drive thru and giving attitude like they are doing all this work for free. Something needs to be done.

I already called and they said she needed to bring the burger and a receipt , she threw everything because she was upset
I have noticed that, sometimes, they are incredibly slow. If you go inside to order "to go," they are busy with the drive-thru. If you drive through, they are busy with the inside orders.
We start serving at 10:30 AM everyday, except on Sundays which is 11:00 AM
