Yes they do. With a $60 upgrade we got a wet bar, fireplace and a second bedroom with second full bath! It was a Greasly Bear suite.

They do have working refrigerators and microwaves.
Do tgey serve alcohol
We had two rooms and neither fridge worked so I wouldn't depend on it. Microwave was fine.
