Gave 2 stars for the speedy service but I am disappointed to say the least. Ordered the double cheeseburger with bacon and it had NO sauce. Not ketchup, mustard. Seasoning. Just meat, cheese and buns. I was already to far up the highway to turn around. My passenger ordered a strawberry ice and they said it was terrible. On top of that, I had some of their strawberry in my mixer. Not sure how that happened.

The food was good, but it was definitely probably the worst service I have ever received. I got 1 meal in the drive thru and waited 20 minutes to receive it only to find out that it was made wrong. Ended up waiting another 40 minutes to get my sandwich replaced. Not sure if they just forgot about me or what. I wish I was over exaggerating about my wait times, but unfortunately the time stamp on my receipt confirms I’m not. 😅😅 I’m not a local so this was my first time trying Culver’s, not sure I’ll be in any hurry to come back.

We came here 4/23/22. 5pm. Yes we had a larger group. They messed the order up completely. We ordered twice. One for our meals and one for our shakes/ice cream. This place had very poor staff, very poor service and the food was not the greatest. Dried chicken and burgers. Ice cream was melted prior to us even getting it. The staff that walked it to us walked away when we were asking if he could tell us what they were since we couldn't tell. WE WONT BE BACK! None of us were rude.

I'm really disappointed with this Culver's 😕 seems like each time we come either the fries have been cooked in old oil and taste bad or thr burgers are so soggy they fall apart. Plus side the staff is typically friendly and the restaurant is always clean but it could use some food standard improvements
