Getting better, some works finally being done on the dirt. As of Jan. 22, 2022 the 2nd volunteer day has improved some features. Still needs restroom opened. Upgraded to 5 stars, restroom open, features added on 4/16/22.

Go to the bike park mostly everyday and I would say it's worth making a trip going to

Good for beginners with low consequences. Not too many riders so doesn't get destroyed too much. Intermediate to advanced riders might find a little boring

A great bike park for kids and older riders. There is currently a pump track around the perimeter of the park and in the center there are dirt bowls, tabletops, and two large curved wood wall rides. The park is set to expand in the future I believe and become even larger which will make it that much better. Also, the staff is excelent that was there for the bike summer camp and to maintain the bike park.

You can take the Bart train and get off at Balboa Park Station then go to Mission st. X Persia ave. Then take Persia st. all the way straight until you hit Sunnydale ave where you turn right (u can only turn right, theres nowhere to go left unless you want to run into trees☺). Take Sunnydale ave down the hill and you'll see it!
