Delivery minimums are based on your location. The further you are from the store the longer a driver is out on just your delivery therefore your minimums are higher. If you are 15 min away the driver is gone with your delivery minimally 30 min. Thats a long time for 1 delivery. Whats worse is drivers dont get the delivery charge which is assumed most of the time.
