I go to McDonald's for iced coffee, much better price than dunkin DONUTS or Starbucks. I usually look for the specials and got double burger and fries for $3. They have issues at drive thru getting orders right so check your bag before pulling off!

I've come thru this drive thru late at night several times easy time the staff are rude, nasty the menu isn't complete for the items they sell, it's only cash and the orders are never correct however this time was the absolute worst. As I was trying to order the person kept cutting me off, I repeated my order and you could hear the manager in the back ground asking of I was being rude, my order was incorrect and I backed up to get them to.fix it the person at the drive thru window said well f%@k she is backing up. I replied yes I sure am my order is not correct she jerked it out of my hands and told the manager to come talk to me. The manager was laughing as I explained what just took place and that I heard what she said as I was attempting to order. She laughed at her staff being nasty and rude with no apology. I told her this was not funny and noone is being rude except her staff to the customers. I understand short staffing these days and times but you do not treat customers in such a manner and its not the first time this has happened as I mentioned.

Third Saturday in a row we've tried the drive thru at this location around 1am and the employees are sitting outside smoking and tell us their system is down. If you're going to have a 24hrs McDonalds then make sure your employees treat it as such and don't turn away customers because they're too busy outside smoking.

had to go back once to get our order remade after being what looked like someone else’s food. then arrive home and still isn’t correct also love having tea grounds in a 6 yr olds tea. no syrup as well as no mild sauce for the entire order 🙄
