How to get my license back

I should have recieved notice to acquire my mo. drivers license back months ago. How do I go about obtaining my drivers license back?

I don't think they send notifications anymore. A Driver's license expires on your birthday. That's how Missouri does them now. If you lost the license because of some driving issue, that would be the only reason you would get a notice. You need to call the Motor Vehicle Bureau in Jeff City.
