Yes....the parks pass just gets you entrance into the park...campsites are extra but it is a beautiful park and well worth the camping fees.

This was pulled from the KDWPT site. Camping Fees - A camping permit is required in addition to the motor vehicle permit for overnight stays. All daily camping permits expire at 2:00 p.m. Prime site fee applies to designated sites from April 1 - September 30. In addition to the fees below, there is a $3.00 per stay transaction fee for all overnight stays.
