They are training new people always it seems like. Delays are expected but I find myself avoiding 125 and going to Eastgate, which the drive is no better but they always seem to be on top their game for me.
They are not better than they use to be. Stop lying to people.
Make sure to let corporate know by completing survey on receipt or call taco bell hotline.
I agree this is the worst taco bell ever. Always a 20 min wait on food and usually food is made wrong.
I hate for a new place to be operating so poorly, but it is so my friend.

@ Doc Dooms. Are you a Taco Bell owner or employee? This location is so screwed up the only reason I ate here tonight was a very generous friend bought my dinner. I have waited here as high as 45 minutes at front counter. And yes I complained to corporate. This place needs people who want to work and serve customers.
