Corporate needs to fire whoever manages our owns this branch. Grossly mismanaged. 40 minute wait time on average for 2 or 3 cars. Dining room still closed. I get out of my car as I'm looking through the Windows I literally see two workers jump behind the wall and hide!? Six cars in line and no one at the drive-thru window. This place is a hilarious joke.

My husband ordered 2 soft shell tacos when he got to the window to get his order he received two taco Supreme. So he tells the boy in the window and hands him his order so the give it back to who ever put it together and they hand it to boy to hand it out the window. My husband didn't order it he doesn't like sour cream for he lost his money cause the tacos went in the trash.i called and he called no one would answer fax machine kept going off.

For the past two days I have tried to get breakfast from this location. Nobody answers at the drive thru. Dine in is still closed, they keep the doors locked. They open at 7am and I get there at 8am, there are two vehicles in the lot. All the building lights are on and not an employee in sight. The app also gives the ability to order through the app, but how am i supposed to get what i order if nobody answers??

Okay, so this is our second opportunity to visit this particular Taco Bell, and very likely our last as our 1st experience was also a bad one. We used the app to place our order so that we could get our food quickly and get back on the road. Nope. When we arrived we found out the dining room is still closed...so we had to use the drive thru line which was about 10 cars deep. We hoped that the line would move quickly. Negative to that also. 40 mind later no food. We went next door to Freddie's and got our food in 5 minutes.
