Typically I like this location, but recently it’s really gone down hill. I own a business in the same town and use them almost daily for my needs. But they have gone through 3-4 managers since I’ve used them, and every time the new ones seem to get worse and I’m not sure if it’s lack of training or experience but I don’t blame the employees, the company has slacked on training and hiring experienced people bc they don’t pay them enough for the hours they make them work or the work they make them do. But recently your staff is almost useless. They are young kids who just look at you with blank stares and if you can’t look it up on that computer they are lost completely. It takes twice the time to conduct a simple transaction, nobody answers the phone. So my company in turn suffers bc we are waiting on parts and usually get the wrong ones. My employees end up having to help them find the parts other customers need. This has to change please. We want to continue shopping there but you’re making it more and more difficult to do so.

The staff are more than ready to help and offer advise. A+ Store super clean and well arranged for easy to find what your looking for. Has a rewards program which is handy when your short.
