Literally the most rude staff I’ve ever come across. I came in just to ask a simple question if they would have time today to do a rapid covid test as they are a walk-in clinic and was told no as the lady was looking at me like I was stupid for even asking?! She continued to be rude to me and MADE SURE I knew that they’re lunch break was in an hour (which cool, I understand that, duh) I’m just asking a simple question and all she wanted to do was push me away and go somewhere else. If you would have just been nice instead of rude everything would have gone a lot better🙃

I called about getting a covid test, and the staff was friendly and nice. I made my appointment, showed up, was in and out quite fast. I am not sure why so many bad reviews, but my experience was excellent. They were busy and I cannot imagine the stress they are under, so I give them a thumbs up for a great job! I would for sure visit again.

I scheduled a rapid COVID test for my husband online, got confirmation with instructions and he showed up at the correct time. The provided phone number to call upon arrival in the parking lot had the recording 'no one is available to answer your call'. So, against the directions he had to go in. There was no appointment. He waited for an hour for them to 'fit him in', where they did NOT do the rapid test as ordered, but the one taking several days to get results, consequently increasing the time he cannot go to work, and I need to quarantine. This morning we got a reminder call that he had a Little Clinic appt set for this morning - nope, wrong day. Not ONE thing was correctly done.

Horrible service. I guess that’s why this place has a 2.5 star rating. I would of given it a 0 star rating if that was possible. I send my employees here, and to several locations too, and never have had issues with any until today, for the DOT physicals. He “walked in” at 10:45 AM to see there was a 3.5 hour wait. So he scheduled an appointment at 3:15 to come back. No biggy! They call him and say someone just canceled, come in at 2:15, even better! He got there early to make sure his time frame was saved, and waited for about an hour to get called back (mind you, he had an appointment at 2:15). So he gets called back, and they said he needed an apportionment for his DOT physical, and it takes at least an hour to accomplish the DOT physical. My employee doesn’t like confrontation, so he called me! I politely call and ask what was going on, for the person at the front desk to tell me he needed an appointment, in which he went back in twice, to do this, and that it was her fault and apologized. But didn’t do anything to resolve this issue. She lied directly to my employees face just because of how long the wait was for the “walk ins”. This place will never get my business again. And I hope this help others looking at reviews before going in. I will add, I’ve been to many Little Clinics before, and we have never had to have “appointments” previously. We’ve walked in, and they took care of us. This little clinic at this location needs help with management!
