Absolutely awful service. Delivery took 2 hrs and upon arrival the pizza was not even remotely warm. I didn’t bother calling since I’ve heard you don’t get too far at this location. I just won’t be spending money at Grammas anymore.

Terrible service!!!waited 3 hours for delivery rude employees!!! And whoever the manager lady there is should be FIRED!!!! She is extremely rude and unprofessional!!! Ronnie needs to be fired she’s rude states she’s in charge of this location been there since 1993. Says there’s no grammas here that runs this location. The grammas’s should be horrified having an employee like this!

Food was cold and soggy after a 2 hour wait. Spoke to management who really didn't seem all that interested in making it up in any way. Offered new cheese sticks if we went to pick them up...after we paid for cheese sticks, french fries, and 35 wings. Being busy is one thing. Being unwilling to make customers happy is another.

Ive been ordering grammas since i was 10 with my family we use to order mt carmel even when the owner worked took our orders he was awesome and treated us like family. Never had issues at mt carmel or batavia but i.move to.amelia and this is the second time i called to order they were rude and asked me to hurry or they would hang up on me. I was on hold 10 min… then i am greeted with that… .before asking me what i wanted. I know they can be busy but they need to work on their customer service skills. Again the other onw in mt carmel was always busy but never in 40 years was i treated with disrespect.
They have small but not personal the small is 4 slices

Unfortunatly they are very rude. Food is alwats cold now when delivered after waiting 2hrs for our food. And walked in the other night and they were drinking so we left
It's traditional there! I've waited on an order in the front and watched a heated exchange in the kitchen. Honestly the best entertaiiment a restaurant has
