I stopped here yesterday to get my doubles done on my ears. It is basically a second piercing above the first one. They failed to let me that the woman doing my piercings was new at it, as they only told me this when she was done. That wasn’t even the worst of it. She went to pierce my first ear and completely missed and began to repeatedly try to just stick the earring into my ear, which was incredibly painful when done for so long. A man came over and quickly fixed it for her. The first one looked great, really. But the second one somehow hurt worse and was placed WAY higher than the first one. I probably sat in that chair for 20 minutes. I came back in about a half an hour later and asked if I could come back the next day to have it fixed and their first responses were, “her ears are uneven” and “they look fine to me”. I just left because to me, that was so unprofessional. I ended up going to Claire’s to have them fixed and it was done in less than 2 minutes. They did not care when I called to complain. Anyway, don’t go here unless you want to be traumatized by a simple ear piercing.
