Dylans did treat us right. They did followed thru with promises and went above expectations on repairs that needed to be done to our motor coach. Dave did follow thru and made shure things happened, Mark, our salesman, was also great to work with

Customer service with any type of repair is horrible. Every time I try to have something fix it never stays fixed. And then they only have a 90 day warranty what is that. Never buy anything from them or go there for service

Don’t even waste your time at Dylan’s RV. I purchased my first motor-coach from here. During the quick walk though I was told that everything works and that the fridge was in process of cooling down. Since our first camping trip, a month later, the fridge has not cooled down. Being a recent purchase, I had Dylan’s service department look at the fridge and they said the cooling coil needed replacement. I tried reaching out to the general manager, Dave Pancrazio, several times to always be told he’s in meetings and to expect a callback. He never returned my phone calls. I finally got through to him several days later and was told to “stop wasting your time by calling every 5 seconds” and he would call me back. Rude and unprofessional. He replied to me via email later same day saying that extended warranty would have covered this and that he may be able to work out a discount. The fridge hasn’t worked right from the start which has nothing to do with extended warranty. This manager is extremely difficult to get a hold of, he doesn’t get back to the customer and doesn’t resolve issues. It’s been over a week and I haven’t heard from him. I gave Dylan’s plenty of opportunities to make things right for the customer and they failed. When you make an expensive purchase, you want a peace of mind that if something that was sold to you was faulty, it would be taken care of. Dylan’s only cares about the sale.

About 2 months ago I sold my Renegade Valencia back to Dylans after 4 years on the road. I 1st found Dylans and Renegade at RV shows in Pa and NJ and upon seeing the Super C I knew that was what I wanted. I found a Valencia I liked, made an offer and the sales person and back office could not have made the purchase easier, everything was very straight forward and organized. I had the same experience with the Service Dept. The techs were all very knowledgeable, Since I was new to RVing I had lots of questions and they spent the time to answer all of them, over the years any problems or service was quickly diagnosed and addressed. Upon taking delivery the sales person gave me his Cell and a copy of his checklist he used for arriving and leaving a campground, that alone was invaluable. In fact I created a separate checklist I kept in my Jeep just for hooking and unhooking it to the RV. I'm living in Fl now and was calling around there to sell the RV, I knew to stay away from the bigger dealers and the others I talked to promised the world. On a whim I called Dylans to see if they were interested and just like the purchase experience they gave me a price I was happy with. So I drove up to NJ, jeep in tow. The deal was done as promised. I could not imagine having a better experience and I highly recommend Dylans. I also highly recommend Renegade, their service like Dylans could not have been better, They absolutely stand by their product.

Do you want me to post the recipe? Your sales person Jessica did not go through with me and rush me out because she know it didn’t work, do you think that the manufacturer or your team. Bad reviews don’t show up on google mine not there And I gave you a feedback if feedback was true mine shloud show up. My rv been in Dylan’s rv service 5 month and nothing is done worst customer service I have ever witnessed took my rv home and accept my lostt I will post a video soon so people won’t get scam by Dylan’s rv and forest river. Paid premium to get below standard product
