Hello, Seeds can remain viable for many years if stored in a cool and dry location. For older seed, it is helpful to sow more densely than you would with newer seed to account for any decline in germination. Thanks for asking!
I've never been to this business, but, for some reason, google thinks I have been. I probably parked near it or something. Go ahead and plant your snap peas. Worst case; you may not get 100% germination, but you should still get about 95%.
