The doctor I saw was fantastic, which would be great if I could actually get in to see her. My appointment has now been cancelled twice with very short notice, once (the reschedule of the first) while I was literally driving to the appointment. Each time it was cancelled the only option for a reschedule was over a month later, and the woman managing the scheduling was just plain awful. They can probably get away with treating people like this because there’s not a lot of competition for their services at this point, but it made me question whether it’s worth the hassle to try to stay on top of my well checks. This practice is a great example of why people avoid going to the doctor until their health problems are too big to ignore. In summary, if you can find an OB/GYN practice that treats you like a person, go there instead of BWC.

Been on hold for over 30 minutes for two weeks now with nobody picking up the phone -- says volumes about the ability for this center to handle a live birth if they can't even answer a live call. I can't remember the last time a doctor's office didn't have a receptionist.

I love the nurses here and Diane is so so lovely, however EVERY SINGLE TIME that I call, their receptionists out me on hold and then just hang up. Like, I hear them pick up the phone and then just hang it up. Today makes the third time they've done this to me, and I wasnt able to get ahold of the people I needed to get ahold of because of this. How is that supposed to help anyone? Not only that, but it's incredibly disrespectful, and unprofessional. If something isn't done about this, I will have to switch providers. There's no need for that nonsense.

I cannot say enough about the physicians at Boulder Women’s Care. After I had my first daughter I had to switch health insurance and I was devastated. When I found out that I was expecting my second child I purposefully switched to a more expensive insurance just so that I could deliver at Foothills and have these doctors. I always felt extremely well taken care of and heard by all of the physicians. Diane just delivered my second baby and I am so impressed with her care and attention to detail. She listened to me and did everything to make sure that I had a healthy baby and a great delivery experience.
