Absolutely negligent organization. The residents and nearby neighbors are afraid of 2037 Walnut Street because it has constant drug dealing in it’s parking area and has done nothing to improve screening after countless police issues, bike theft rings on balconies, and other horrible impacts on our neighborhood. Three weeks ago, someone was removed from a unit because they killed their own dog. Likely taking this organization to court because ten plus residents engaging with them, and police raiding some of the units has not even compelled the operators to change. Just look at the other reviews too.
