We also sanitize surfaces including restrooms at least 10-15 times throughout the day. We have a system for clearing tables with a green check for clean or red x if needs to be sanitized after last customer. We also have air purifier running continuously and open doors for ventilation a few times throughout the day.
Very covid safe. Masks when you walk in, and if dining (eating) mask off is okay. Hand sani right when you walk in the door, a tracking system where you wrote your name, number etc.
