I live in Denver, and fly in and out of DIA all the time. It is a very easy airport to navigate. After going through security, you do get on a train that stops at each terminal. It's more like a shuttle back and forth between terminals. All you need to know is which terminal your airline leaves out of, then get off at that stop. When you get to the top of the escalator, there are TVs with flight information. There are volunteers all around the airport that are willing to help you with directions. You'll be fine. I'm flying out of DIA again on the 9th also.

Are you talking about Bush Intercontinental or Hobby? Hobby is notorious for being difficult to navigate while Bush is larger. Denver is even larger than Bush so if you had problems at Bush, then Denver might present a challenge. I personally think that the wayfinding in Denver is easy but people who are not necessarily good map readers might not agree.
