When the company was Prodisposal the was better service. Since waste Collections took over the service has gone down hill. Curbside service and customer service is lacking. UPDATE still worst customer service and laziest of drivers!

They have raised prices and lowered how much you can throw out. Plus they steal their trash cans back so you have to buy them again. BEWARE

I waited in the phone one day for over 35 minutes. There won't be anyone there today however. But if you call tomorrow call early and plan on a wait. I have called Republic and Waste Management and man their rules suck! So there isn't a better option really.

Lucky you. They won't deliver a trash bin for me, but want to charge me the same for 64 gallons of my own receptacles as they would charge for 96 gallons in their own container...which I can't get them to provide...or eveo

You need to call and schedule a separate pickup and pay for the service...the regular trash pick up will leave it on the curb.
I didn't get an answer on phone so I went up to there office and sure they were all at desks but nobody can answer the phone.
I called them today myself as my trash was not picked up, they are so busy that the phone load is beyond capacity as you can imagine a day after the Holiday. I will try to call again this afternoon.
We are on a regular schedule this week.
Hello Erika, it sounds like the markings on the container may have changed. Both should not go in one container. I would recommend talking to your apartment complex or giving us a call and we can look into it.
