I have seizures so the doctor prescribed me a fluid to go up my nose if I ever have a seizure again, would I be able to bring that with me on the plane or even a carry on?

According to TSA information dated 7/10/2018, you may bring medically necessary liquids, medications and creams in excess of 3.4 ounces or 100 milliliters in your carry-on bag. Remove them from your carry-on bag to be screened separately from the rest of your belongings. You are not required to place your liquid medication in a plastic zip-top bag. If a liquid, gel, or aerosol declared as medically-necessary alarms, then it may require additional screening and may not be allowed.

Yes but container has to be less than 3.4 fl oz/100ml. if possible, put it in a container that is 3.4 fl oz/100ml or less. Else you have to put it in your checked luggage.
