When to go through security?

After check-in

Depends on whether you are traveling international or domestic; a busy time of the day when a lot of business/tourists are traveling or a slower time when fewer are traveling. Usually getting to airport 2 hours ahead of time gives you plenty of time to check in and go through security. Of course, if you have to park, factor in extra time.
