Fastest and or easiest way to get from United (Concourse B) to Southwest(Concourse C). Can I walk from concourse to concourse or must I take the train? How long does the train take and how long of a wait between trains. Thanks.

3 to 5 min wait, i don't remember exactly. And yes you do have to take a train because United has its own concourse
