HI Margo, Thanks for reaching out. We offer ADA accessible seats at each of our venues. The best thing to do is to request accessible seating when you are purchasing tickets. You may find more information here: http://www.artscomplex.com/visitor-information/accessibility/ticketing-information In many cases, you can purchase tickets online and select accessible seats. You may find it easier to call the box office (which will vary based on the show) directly. What everyone else has said. Lat season I asked to trade my regular seat for an handicapped seat due to some foot surgery and they were happy to help me out. Was very easy. There is also a handicapped entrance to the far right. Typically no line and their security folks are trained to help when accommodations are needed.
Call the box office
I think it is best to call the box office. I had to do it and they were very accommodating.
I know that when you choose your own seat, you can choose handicap seating and they check when you get there to make sure you are actually handicapped. There might be another way, but this is the way I personally have seen it done.
You have to call the box office. They don't sell those online. But just explain your disability and you can get those tix.
