If dogs cant go on the beach's where can I take him so he can play in the water?

I swim Trout w my swim team. They leave their dogs at home. Trout is mucky at the shoreline.

There are various access points along the river, but dogs must always be on a lead.

Dogs can swim at spring mill pond. Walk around to the back side and there is an opening that leads down in to the water. If you're standing at the restrooms and looking at the pond, it would be on the back of the pond almost all the way to the left.
