You call the manufacturer, find out where warranty work is done, and take it there. Simple solution. If it's poor fuel or fuel left in it.which is 99% of the problem. That's OPERATOR ERROR and not covered by owners negligence

I'm pretty sure this isn't a question. But to respond to it I'm gonna say you will have that same answer anywhere you go. Most products say right on them somewhere not to return it to the store you bought it from but to contact the manufacturer. If it's not running theirs nothing FFH can do about it. Contact the manufacturer and I'm sure they will get you a replacement.
