He is there several days. There is a schedule up in the front of the store. Sorry I don't remember the days
Pretty sure 10% but not 100% sure on that but shame on them if they don't
You call the manufacturer, find out where warranty work is done, and take it there. Simple solution. If it's poor fuel or fuel left in it.which is 99% of the problem. That's OPERATOR ERROR and not covered by owners negligence
