Ordered two of the $5 meal deals with ranch and barbecue and instead got cold burgers chicken bites that were less than a quarter of the way full and an expired ranch cup that tasted like garbage

Happy with their food and prices are nice. The customer service however this go around was awful. Acted like I interrupted her day. Hardly spoke to me when I spoke to her. And they forgot to remove the pickle, which I ended up not even complaining about just went home. Not a good visit.

We just went to the checkers in Monroe on telegraph, we ordered 1 big Buford meal, and a mother cruncher meal, with a chocolate shake. When we received our food, and beverages, the first thing I grabbed was my chocolate shake, which was practically melted ice cream. It was so disappointing. I don’t know how someone can hand a costumer a cup with melted ice cream and call it a shake. My moms big Buford was pretty much cold, and when I opened up my mother cruncher, I took one bite and spit it out. I’m not eating a burnt slab of chicken that tastes like actual saw dust. I’m very irritated because I know I didn’t pay your company, or your workers $24.86, to get melted ice cream, a cold burger, and burnt chicken.

Ask if you can substitute. For the type of food it is, Checkers/Rally's offer a pretty good variety. Their seasoned fries are the best! Most places will let you substitute. At 4 items for $3, even if you can't substitute and throw the pie away, it's not that big a deal.
