Me and my boyfriend tried applying for a home, they said all I had to do as a co applicant was sign a form which I did 3 TIMES! And they had the nerve to tell me that I did not sign it when I signed it three times I still have the email and got denied. Obviously they don’t know what they’re doing and need new people

This place is a joke. I have lived here for 2 years under the same lease and the new management has told us she will not renew our lease until we got rid of her dog. As the new lease states 1 dog only. Not to mention the maintenance guy drinks on the job in his car. Can't wait to talk to my atternoy regarding these issues. I'm sure the FHA would love to hear that my neighbor was offered to not have her rent raised if she signed early. I wasn't offered that, she is also 2 months behind and she still resigned her lease.
