🤔 I think it most likely is. It won last year, too. Very safe, too. Lots of great sunbathing, in front, (for the sexy showoffs ;) or in the backyard, for those who want to sunbathe naked, but with privacy. Huge lawn back there but huge trees block the place in, keeps it cozy. It's really perfect.

Yes at least 2 years in a row, they have been working super hard to make the place great and swanky but livable and efficient and reasonable in price for rent, buying, etc
