How many teams does it take to get a mortgage. What does each team do? Does each team talk to the other teams (seems no)' Do each team only talk on computers. Do they not know how to reach a person on the telephone, when they need some paperwork.

I suppose there's several teams exist for approving the mortgage. But, you get your personal banker assigned and he'll direct you get faster loan approval. He/she will provide their personal cell number so you can reach them day or nights

I can't answer your questions about their teams. But my experience has been the opposite of yours. They've called me frequently when they need me to do something. The process has gone smoothly for me, both with my original mortgage and my re-fi.
