The staff works collaboratively with associates of patients. The facility is organized, clean and efficiently run. The atmosphere is pleasant for visitors and the patient. The self care and attention to the needs of the patient was great! The facility parking and security level is well planned. The procedures for access to patient status is clear. Please take time and check out this facility.

If I could I wouldn’t even give this place a STAR! Very rude, EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT. They don’t answer the call lights, my kids dad was admitted here from the hospital for rehab. They intake process was poorly explained. They did not explain that he would have to request his OWN MEDS and even when he did request for meds and other needs they would leave his light on for HOURS!!!! Then was told that his light would be left on because NOBODY wanted to be his nurse. I could go ON AND ON, but I’ll just say this place needs to be shut down and never opened again. The lady in charge ETTA BROWN is not a leader by example. She needs to be fired and have whatever NURSING RIGHTS she has RELINQUISHED!!! Terrible SERVICE!!! Do not let your loved one go to this place!!!

The Activities Dept should have PLENTY of volunteer hours for the kids that they need to graduate.
