I am a current volunteer at the museum. There are about 50 or so wheelchairs and 25 motorized carts. There is no charge for either. Carts are available at the front and in the 4th building. Wheelchairs are available in each gallery.

I believe they're motorized. My grandpa had to rent one while we were there.

I dont recall seeing any available. They had plenty of motorized. I was with 15-20 people from a retirement home. All our needs were met. Starting all the way at the end where the Airforce1 's are worked great for us.
