I went last night at 7. No reserved seating. I agree with the other comment about the snack bar. It was packed. Plan ahead so you aren't missing out.
I don't think you can reserve seats, but if you a little early you should be able to sit together. We went Thursday and got there right at start time and 4 of us could also it together still, because they have it playing on every screen at night.
Medina does not let you reserve seats like other theaters do.
