I love KFC but after moving from Las Vegas back to Ohio, I haven't been here until now. I ordered chicken tenders and french fries. They were both so salty it took a while to eat but I was starving. I managed to get a third of the neal down and pitched the rest. It wasn't a cheap meal. I won't be going back.

If I could leave zero Stars I would. My husband and I came through on Monday November 8th and ordered a 20 piece tender meal for the our family. After finding multiple pieces of hair in the chicken tender breading, I called and expressed my concerns. They asked what I wanted and I said a refund. They wrote my name down and told me I could come in for a refund and when I did, they won't give it to me because we do not have the receipt. I offered a bank statement and our name which they should be able to look back in the records under the swipe. I can give the exact date time bank statement showing that we used our card at KFC but they refused to give me a refund. Instead they offered me more disgusting food which I refuse to eat any longer. I pulled out five pieces of hair. Not one, not two, but five pieces of hair out of my chicken tenders.....I will NEVER be back.

Just moved to area from Cuyahoga Falls where we had an amazing KFC. This KFC will not be getting my business back. First of all all my food was cold. I live less than 3 minutes from KFC and my food should never be cold. Then they no longer have popcorn chicken. Sad because that's all my daughter wanted.

The manager working tonight went above and beyond to give us the best customer service experience when we came in 10 minutes to close. She and her employees were so kind and comped us some cookies for being short on biscuits. All around it was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. If you want friendly service then I highly recommend coming to this specific KFC. Also, I don’t know the managers name that was working but she deserves recognition for being so polite.
