We make a similar item to Swedish flop. It is a cream filled coffee cake. Instead of being thin and flat and rectangle like a Swedish flop, it is baked in a round pan and thicker. Same dough and buttercream filling as a Swedish flop (no lemon, and powdered sugar on top), just 8" round and about 3" high. Your best bet would be to call and ask.
