Dear Sir, I was wondering why the flags were not lowered in acknowledgment of the Captain from Chicago who lost his life Friday. I thought this was something that was commen practice among fire stations and sometimes they have a mention on there signs in front of the firehouse. I bothers me that when I went through Frankfort and Mokena there was nothing on the signs nor were your flags lowered.
