Sears outsourced a company by the name of Transform. Very nice people. Lucasz came for the consultation, Mike B was the project coordinator, and Peter was the installer. They were all very nice although it took forever to get my doors. Peter was the absolute best! He took his time and made sure that everything was near perfect when he left. Very nice person! If you get doors, get him to install. Wonderful work and attitude!

The workmanship was professional and more than adequate. What I didn't like was the long wait, covid and wrong measurements which led to long delays. February till mid July. The managers that contacted me did so irregularly and seemed not to have my interests at heart. Then to add injury to the situation, the promised interest free loan is charging me interest. I am changing my 3 rating to 1.
