Founders is this the only thing you can respond to was about a bill. Not money , you have all these complaints and not addressing them . This is terrible service
They changed by due date every month for six month straight. Then when I called and question why no real explanation. Then final the last straw for me was I was told my due date was 19th of every month. I have auto bill pay so it suppose to pay on 19th. They charge me on 17th and it post on 18th. But they email and text me on the 19th that I'm past due and charge me again on 19th plus a late fee. Customer service representative suck and are very unprofessional. They kept telling me may bank charged me not them. Even with my bank on the phone. They offered no refund for double billing and told me to fight it out with my bank. This company was recommended by insurance depot but I regret I didn't go with a more while knew company. The kicker to me is I'm paying more for full coverage with them then all state or farmer's. Can't what to switch next month
