Worst company ever I had a claim with them and it's been 2 months back and forth for nothing they don't respond to voice mail or emails and you can't even talk to someone else besides the adjusters which she's never available this is unprofessional. The 1 star I give it's because I can't put any negative stars.

I had an accident on 09/28/2022. I've been waiting forever for a call back from my agency, or just ANYONE in general to help me. They finally got back to me and for some reason, my address was changed on my insurance policy after the claim was made. I called Founders Insurance to assist me on how to change this back to the original address. The representative I spoke to rudely asked me, "is that your only question?" then proceed to tell me that only the person who is handling my claim can change it and hung up. I've been trying to get a hold of the lady who is handling my claim and she is taking DAYS and WEEKS to get back to me just to email me a short sentence of NOTHING that will help me change my address back to the correct one. I gave Founders Insurance a call back a second time TODAY just for NANCY (who is the representative I spoke to afterwards) just to HANG UP on me in the middle of me giving her my policy number. I am so upset because I can not get a hold of someone who will be able to help assist me through this and my policy is pending a cancellation request in 3 weeks before my claim is even finished!!!

She went on vacation for 2 whole weeks and had my husband claim sitting on her desk!! This is what she told me, and she had the claim for over a month

Founders is this the only thing you can respond to was about a bill. Not money , you have all these complaints and not addressing them . This is terrible service
I doubt they have roadside assistance. This company is terrible and I suggest everyone avoid them at all costs.
They will take your information and you may think that they are processing your claim. Only to find out a week later, that they haven't done anything. Pay the extra money for better insurance.
No it's not but it's cheap so if u are late it's ok it's still cheap too get another policy

I really don't know how this ( insurance company) still on business, they after 8 months waiting denied my claim supposedly because their client had the right to pass, crossing 2 lines to make a turn in front of me it's so ridiculous even when I had made the police report and took my car to the body shop they told me to.
Yes. However, if you ever need to file a claim, expect a long drawn-out process
