ReNew Five Ninety Five has changed the name to ReNew Des Plaines North and now managed by Trinity Property Consultants’ sister company ‘Red Tail Residential’. Both Trinity Property Consultants and Red Tail Residential along with their parent company ‘FPA Multifamily, LLC’ all work out of the same building (headquarters) in Irvine, CA. What you experienced under TPC’s management you will also experience under Red Tail Residential’s management. The best place to leave a review/complaint is by googling Trinity Property Consultants and the Better Business Bureau and mention that FPA Multifamily, LLC buys all complexes run by Trinity Property Consultants and Red Tail Residential so they can’t deflect your complaint/review on the BBB. A very good friend of mine lives here and has suffered under both TPC and RTR managements.

Extremely unhelpful office staff, I asked them that I am moving from Texas to Chicago and therfore needed some understanding from their part. Was signing a two month lease they wanted a security deposit of one month rent upfront!! What kind of policy is this???!? Not 300 not 500 but 3000! I was supposed to pay them 7000 to sign the lease!!! And when I complained they said it's corporate policy and there is nothing they can do to accommodate me. It appeared to me they thought I was upto no good will not be able to pay my rent. Sounded discrimination to me.

We're located just outside Chicago and directly north of O'Hare International Airport. A little closer to home, we have the Rivers Casino providing entertainment and dining options. The Des Plaines River and Mystic Waters Family Aquatic Center by Rand Park are also nearby.
Our community amenities include a fitness center, community room with pool table, TVs, and coffee bar, business center, and parking garage parking.
Yes, ReNew Five Ninety Five is a pet-friendly community. Cats and dogs are welcome, with a 2 pets per apartment max and a few breed restrictions.
