I used to work across the street and come here on my lunch break to fish. It's really beautiful out there, but the fishing is not so good. Like most places around the area there's so much pressure and the catches are far and few between.

Ahhh, if it's for the paddle boat I checked last year but I couldn't take a picture, it also depends if you're living in Des Plaines or not. (I don't think anything has changed.) This might be my best guess but I believe it was at $14 since I was out of the Des Plaines area as a resident, I'm sure if you'd call they can give you the rates.
I have seen lots of people fishing the times I have been there. I'm not sure about the kind of fish but i'm pretty sure I've seen a sign posted there that shows what kind of fish are there.
