This appears to be asking about a first floor window that leaks, which they will not address. If it is a basement window, depending on the issue they will recommend either replacing the window if it has bad seals or installing a window well with a drain. They only install waterproofing systems in basements and crawl spaces.
i dont believe they repair the leak, unless it is one of the plumbers that comes with them. they do not address the root of the problem, only what the wall lining and drain tile will cover. and they will not replace, nor work with contractors to fix any drywall or walls that have to come down to gain access to the space. once the lining is in, you're on your own.
