I don't know for sure, I'm sorry. You may get better information from the food bank if you call them directly but I'll try to help... I do know that the AC food bank doesn't distribute food from their facility directly. They distribute to other locations such as churches, Salvation Army, shelters, neighborhood outreaches, etc. One of those locations may tell someone that if they live in another area they should go to a distribution location closer to their address. Technically, the food is for residents with income below a set guideline. Those are the only guidelines I'm aware of. I'm sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

Yes, these pantry programs are not entitlements. Some programs may only serve certain zip codes, may refuse service to someone who is unruly or refuses to cooperate with a registration process, etc. Each program may set their own rules.
