It is the employee's fault, cause no matter how many times I go in there they are not friendly and the answer is always the manager has to take care of the problem...but he is never there.
They are understaffed unfortunately. It's not the employee fault.
I have been up there .... their service was down. I AM TRYING TO FIND OUT IF IT'S BACK UP. I don't want to keep wasting time and gas for nothing!!!!
I work next to that UPS, it's a revolving door of customers this time of year and they are short staffed, it would be easier and more convenient for you and staff to make the trip up there yourself.
