Amazing how the federal government IS BEHIND on technology yet we have companies like Google and Microsoft that can help them run more efficiently technology-wise. Afterwhich, the IrS call center may run more efficiently. Also, broadly, most IRS employees including federal state and local employees LACK training in softs skills such as empathy and emotional intelligence! Bigtime!!!!

Its really hit and miss with them! What i did was I looked the the number for the irs number for appointments and then I kept calling them and finally got a hold of someone to talk to and made the appointment

My accountant filed my tax return March 1, 2018. I still have not received my return and I cannot find out why (by going through your website and by calling the number provided). I would like to know why it is being held up. Please help me.
